Fresh Milled Flour Sourdough Bread 🌾 $13/ loaf Fresh milled flour is made from 100% stone-ground whole wheat berries. It’s incredible for your health, and contains the entire wheat berry, so you get all the nutrition. It’s also delicious. Because of all of the fiber, fresh milled flour is a little denser than normal all-purpose flour, giving the bread a denser, but more hearty texture and deeper flavor. These loaves are made over a 2 day process of long fermenting the grains for optimal nutrition. Made from just sourdough starter, organic fresh milled wheat berries, salt, and filtered water (+ a little fresh milled rice flour on top). Wheat berries are rice are USDA certified organic. (Bread itself is not a USDA certified organic product.) Porch pick up. Orders usually require 2 days notice!
