This allows us the time needed to handcraft each loaf and bake it fresh for delivery. From our acre to your table, our Classic Organic Sourdough is handcrafted in small batches using organic flour, water, salt, and our mature sourdough culture. Unlike traditional artisan sourdough with an extra-thick crust, our loaves are baked in a covered pan to create a softer crust and tender crumb thatβs perfect for sandwiches, toast, grilled cheese, French toast, or simply slathered with butter while still warm.
