Contact us to pre-order your favorite cuts of lamb with pickup the week of March 16 (exact date TBD based on processor completion). We are planning to have a pickup location in Columbia, and potentially other areas based on interest. Also ask about purchasing a whole or half lamb for the best deal! Our sheep graze on pasture on our farm in Hickman County, TN, and are supplemented with grain for a nicely marbled finish. You'll find our lamb to be super mild with a different flavor profile than what is usually available in the grocery store. Not sure what to cook with lamb?
