Each set includes: • 1 dehydrated einkorn sourdough starter (10g) • 2 lbs freshly-milled organic einkorn flour The flour is milled fresh on the day of pickup, so you get better flavor, nutrition, and performance. The starter is active, reliable, and specifically maintained on einkorn, so there’s no guessing or adapting needed.
