The cows go to slaughter in May. We have half a cow spoken for, so we have 1.5 available for purchase. You can pick your cuts and we estimate half a cow will be about 225-250#. We would need half deposit by end of April, cut sheet back end 1st week of May and balance once we get final weight/meat. Meat would be done late May and we will box and deliver and you need to have your freezer chests etc ready when we give you the meat. We would be offering at a straight $14/pound regardless of cut. (And if you need to pay with a card, we can do so. You can split up with your friends if half a cow is too much for your family, but 1 party must be the main contact***)
